Nashville Development
Explore the areas of downtown including East Bank, The Gulch, Sobro and more! Get the scoop of the latest hotels, restaurants and mixed-use projects that are going up all over downtown.
East Nashville is the place to be! There is continuous commercial development all over this area. Development is also starting to expand over to Dickerson Pike with lots of new restaurants and apartment buildings in the works.
West Nashville is home to The Nations, Sylvan Park, Midtown, Charlotte Park and West End. Personally, this is my favorite area of Nashville! You can find the best restaurants, farmers markets, butchers, activities, and walking trails on this side of town. It is Nashville's gem, and it is always growing!
Take a look at the booming development of Germantown, Marathon Village and West Trinity! There are some huge developments in the works including the 69-acre “Riverside” development in North Nashville.
South Nashville includes areas such as Donelson, Edgehill and Wedgewood Houston. These area have grown exponentially in the past few years, especially Wedgewood because of the new Geodis Park, home to Nashville's very own soccer team!
Sited long the East Bank of Nashville's Cumberland River, the 125-acre River North development district will redefine Nashville’s downtown. River North will establish a distinctive mixed-use district with places to live, work, stay, and play in an environment energized by outdoor activity that engages the river, parks, and greenways running the length of the development.
